紅醬義大利麵 Spaghetti in Red Sauce

材料 Ingredients
紅醬 Tomato Sauce/Marinara Sauce 2 杯 cup
義大利麵 Spaghetti1/2磅 lb (450g)
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1 大匙 Tbs
帕梅善起司粉 Parmesan cheese powder2 大匙 Tbs

做法:
1.依照包裝指示煮義大利麵。煮的時間比要求的時間少3分鐘。煮麵水內要放足夠的鹽。
2.煮麵同時將紅醬用小火煮燉煮。
3.將煮好的麵撈出放進鍋裡与紅醬拌勻,繼續用中火煮3分鐘。如果醬汁變少可以加入適當煮麵水。
4.起鍋前淋上1大匙橄欖油。裝盤後撒上帕梅善起司粉。



PROCEDURE
1.Follow the package directions to cook the spaghetti. Cook 3 minutes less than the required time. Add enough salt in the pasta water.
2.In the meantime, simmer the red sauce.
3.Transfer the spaghetti to the red sauce and mix. Continue to cook in medium heat for 3 minutes. Add some of the pasta water if the sauce reduces too much.
4.Stir in 1 tbs. of olive oil. Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
