做法:
1. | 依照包裝指示煮義大利麵。煮的時間比要求的時間少3分鐘。煮麵水內要放足夠的鹽。 |
2. | 煮麵同時將紅醬用小火煮燉煮。 |
3. | 將煮好的麵撈出放進鍋裡与紅醬拌勻,繼續用中火煮3分鐘。如果醬汁變少可以加入適當煮麵水。 |
4. | 起鍋前淋上1大匙橄欖油。裝盤後撒上帕梅善起司粉。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Follow the package directions to cook the spaghetti. Cook 3 minutes less than the required time. Add enough salt in the pasta water. |
2. | In the meantime, simmer the red sauce. |
3. | Transfer the spaghetti to the red sauce and mix. Continue to cook in medium heat for 3 minutes. Add some of the pasta water if the sauce reduces too much. |
4. | Stir in 1 tbs. of olive oil. Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. |
